WCCS is simply superb. I'm a tough audience and don't gush in reviews, but this company merits every compliment, and I urge you to consult them for computer and electronic device repair, upgrades, and maintenance/management. Here's why:It's difficult to find a computer service company that one can fully trust to bring expertise and care to one's project. I have friends at Apple corporate, and I sought their advice, being willing to drive the four-hour roundtrip to Silicon Valley to gain superior service. Reading the firms' Yelp reviews elicited more concerns than confidence. Little did I know that we had a gem right here in Napa. I checked Yelp reviews and WCCS clearly led the pack in customer satisfaction. My experience mirrors those of the pleased clients who have also posted rave reviews.This morning, I brought in my mid-2010 MacBook Pro, which was showing its age and limited capabilities in running the latest MacOS and applications. Will Dipman, President/CEO, installed 8gb of RAM and a 500gb SSD, and my seven-year-old machine is now an up-to-date screamer!Will was extremely generous with his time when I consulted with him as to the best upgrades for my Mac, and he explained the process and benefits in apt detail. I couldn't ask for greater timeliness: I dropped off the computer after 9am and it was ready about two hours later.I'm meticulous, and I was delighted to see the level of precision that Will brought to the task. The computer was returned to me in pristine condition, along with the old parts. Pricing was, as one of my Apple friends put it, "eminently reasonable" and I agree.I'm so pleased with Will's expertise, service, and timeliness that I'm bringing in my mid-2010 iMac for repair and upgrades. I'm fully confident that WCCS will transform it into a powerhouse. Friday evening I wanted to add Google Chrome to my Win 8.1 LapTop. No Big Deal...Wrong....Three hours later, I am deep trouble. My Laptop is non-functional and I am totally frustrated. I dropped off my Computer with Wil at 9AM Saturday. Serious problems, but he reinstalled Win 8.1 & Google Chrome! The computer was ready by 2PM the same day. I reloaded my programs etc. Up and running by 5 PM. Cured my anxiety & frustrations. Professional. Timely. I am glad to find someone who can support my computer in Napa. Thank you.

Brought my iphone 5 in a couple weeks ago for a screen replacement and they did it quite fast but after the first day i started having seriouse problems with the screen especially when it comes to touch sensitivity and phone calls. All in all not the greatest first time exsperience.

i dont even want to put one star because IT does not deserve even ONE.let me tell you i brought my iphone in for a original screen repair. he says he can do it but has me wait a week for his shipment to come mind you HE HAD MY PHONE FOR A WEEK. and then he calls me asking if i want a black screen when clearly i have a white iphone! how unprofessional. you think he would tell me it was going to take over a week. anyways a week goes by i get my phone back and the second i get it back my screen does not work. i had to take my phone there 4 different times. this place will ruin your phone and overcharge you. DO NOT COME HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO PAY $150 2 TIMES AND THEN END UP HAVING TO GET A ENTIRE NEW PHONE. do not come here mark my words they are HORRIBLE.

Unfortunately, WCCS was unable to fix my Playstation 3, but they didn't charge me for taking a look at it, which I greatly appreciate. The staff was friendly and professional, and I highly recommend them to anyone with a damaged device/computer.

Awesome staff! I came in for assistance with some computer questions since I was looking at transferring files over to a new computer and was treated with professionalism and respect. They were very patient and made feel like they were truly concerned about the questions I wanted answered. I've been back numerous times and even got my iPhone case there. There prices are competitive and most of all I like helping our local Napa businesses succeed.
