Friday evening I wanted to add Google Chrome to my Win 8.1 LapTop. No Big Deal...Wrong....Three hours later, I am deep trouble. My Laptop is non-functional and I am totally frustrated. I dropped off my Computer with Wil at 9AM Saturday. Serious problems, but he reinstalled Win 8.1 & Google Chrome! The computer was ready by 2PM the same day. I reloaded my programs etc. Up and running by 5 PM. Cured my anxiety & frustrations. Professional. Timely. I am glad to find someone who can support my computer in Napa. Thank you.
