Chris and his team were incredible. As a business owner for 15 years, I've paid for several websites in the past and always felt like I paid too much and didn't really get what I wanted. I would say in this case it was the opposite. Pricing was affordable and the work was outstanding. They scheduled a conference call go over the plan and to get my ideas. They incorporated my ideas into their artistic and design abilities and really hit a home run. Their communication skills are exceptional as well. You won't be waiting in the dark wondering what's going on. I came up with the couple changes and add-ons toward the end of the process. They were happy to do it and didn't soak me for it. Because of my add-ons, we went a little over budget but Chris was very upfront and made sure that was OK with that before proceeding. Again, not something I've experienced in the past. I feel like I've found a web design company I can partner with to grow my business now and in the future.

Chris' company manages my website and I am very happy with the service. For example, I had to quickly change a phone number both on the web and in images. He had the changes made within the day to the website phone number and by the next day for the phone number embedded in the images.Great customer service!
