Chris and his team were incredible. As a business owner for 15 years, I've paid for several websites in the past and always felt like I paid too much and didn't really get what I wanted. I would say in this case it was the opposite. Pricing was affordable and the work was outstanding. They scheduled a conference call go over the plan and to get my ideas. They incorporated my ideas into their artistic and design abilities and really hit a home run. Their communication skills are exceptional as well. You won't be waiting in the dark wondering what's going on. I came up with the couple changes and add-ons toward the end of the process. They were happy to do it and didn't soak me for it. Because of my add-ons, we went a little over budget but Chris was very upfront and made sure that was OK with that before proceeding. Again, not something I've experienced in the past. I feel like I've found a web design company I can partner with to grow my business now and in the future.
