We took up storage space at Dragon Enterprise in Leigh on Sea to store surplus equipment for our first aid training company. The flexibility of terms has allowed us to move storage units as our need has expanded. The convenience of location lead to us taking on office space for our new Southend on Sea office. Since the recent change in management the service has been excellent, mostly due to the hard work of Maxine and Ash.

As a current tenant at Dragon Enterprise i think it is an ideal office solution, for start ups or established businesses. The offices are pleasant and well maintained, there are board rooms and relaxing zones around the building. Reception is very friendly and helpful.

My company has had it's head office at the Dragon Enterprise Centre since April 2011 and in that time I have found the service provided by the management excellent. Always courteous, helpful and friendly. I would not choose to have my business situated anywhere else.

My first visit to Dragon Enterprise Storage was January 2014 where I attended a course. At 9:10am no one was at the front desk. I wandered around aimlessly until I stumbled upon the correct location. Apparently the conference room was double booked as well and we ended up in a much smaller room than we were supposed to. Coffee, tea and biscuits were sporadically served. The girl in charge was overworked, felt no loyalty to the employer and subsequently left a few days later. A few employees pranced around in their dirty overalls in the reception area which gave the space a very unprofessional feel.Against my better judgment I decided to rent storage there. There is a big turnover of staff and in the end I saw no point in investing time to get to know the employees. Another downside is that staff weren't properly trained and were often uhm-ing and ah-ing over equipment, software or simply didn't know the answer to my questions. Most of the time when I was there the manager wasn't in to ask. The time came that I removed possessions out of storage. I phoned up the office, spoke to a man and asked if there's anything specific I need to bring along to close my account. The answer was no. I also said I'll be coming in on a specific date to finish up and would like to have a refund for the time that was left over. No problem.Fast forward three weeks on, when another new manager was on duty again. No, I didn't give Dragon Enterprise a written notice. I pointed out that I had the conversation and specifically asked whether I needed to bring anything in. The staff just shrugged and remained inflexible. Three words describe my experience with this business: chaotic, inflexible, unprofessional.Avoid!
