Feedback:

I am giving the University Club one star, and that star is for its beautiful view of downtown/Arkansas river. It is a shame, because the view is quite spectacular. But in all honesty, I would leave no star if leaving a review would allow such an option, for I am rating the rental experience and living conditions. If you are a clean and orderly person or have year-round allergies, you will not tolerate living here. I must forewarn you that the building is infested with cockroaches. Gross? Diabolically disgusting. You cannot cook/bake anything without possible contamination. And roaches are also a dust allergen, so if you are allergic to dust (or roaches), well, you are certainly going to need to visit your PCP or allergist to be treated for exacerbation(s) of asthma and/or allergy flare-up(s).The leasing office will not lower your rent (quite a premium expense) or let you out of your rent (due to the contract). Their theory and defense is that "Tulsa is infested with roaches, it was on the news and everything." Would I recommend this rental contract to any person? No. Absolutely not. A piece of mind, and your health is worth so much more than a nice view. While I cannot speak for the entity of the building, I will say the problem is evident, and it is not something any tenant (present or future) should have to endure. Addendum: The fire alarms go off randomly, as early as 0700. How are you supposed to know if there is a real emergency if they go off so often? The idiom "To cry wolf," fits perfectly.
