Feedback:

What a great place I have found to make home. I love being able to reserve the social lounge for private parties. I look forward to hosting my Sunday school Christmas party again this year in the social lounge here at the university club apartments. I have moved to a larger apartment on the Newly renovated 31st floor. What a great view! I also enjoy all the social events the staff hosts on a regular basis, it's allowed me to get to know my neighbors and I have made some wonderful friends throughout the building. The girls in the office are great. Always here to help. (LIKE FAMILY). Love It here.

Feedback:

University Club has truly terrific views of the river, downtown, midtown, etc. The staff are great (very responsive), apartments are updated and very comfortable (stainless steel appliances, real granite counter tops), and the property has tons of amenities (movie theater, full gym, on-site dog park, resort-style pool, etc.). People here are also very, very friendly. There is a real sense of community. Only negative we've experienced is being unable to fix walls that a previous tenant has altered (paper mache that looks absolutely terrible). Other than that, we are very happy here.

Feedback:

My best friend moved in a little over a month ago and I want to visit her 24/7. The place is just beautiful. The office staff is just incredible, they always seem to be smiling and have been so accommodating. I’m so sad I am in a lease at another place, I would move in tomorrow if I could! They have everything, her view is my favorite. Seeing downtown at night is so incredible. Cute maintenance guys are a plus also! The girl that she met with has been beyond helpful. Morgan has been so helpful and I’m not even the one that is a resident! I will be very excited to call this place home someday.

Feedback:

I moved in at the end of May 2017 and it was a super easy transition for me. The staff has been nothing less than amazing to me and my boyfriend Oliver. I feel like the amenities are out of this world. They have a resort style pool, beautiful out door areas, a HUGE gym, and they hold events on a weekly basis. For the price you aren’t going to get much more out of an apartment. The only thing that would make this place better is if it was smack dab in the center of downtown so you could be walking distance from the Brady and Blue Dome districts. But for my lifestyle I think the area is perfect. I’m less than a block away from a dog park and the river parks area to walk my dog or to get some outdoor time. I’m the Uber minimum to get to down town, less than 10 minute drives from Brookeside and Cherry Street. I live in a 1 bedroom with a downtown view that beats out any other view in Tulsa.

Feedback:

After living there less than six months, I spent several thousand dollars to break my lease early just to get the hell off this property. Understand they marketed a "completely renovated property" with all-new amenities. From day one, deafening fire alarms would go off at all hours of the day and night several times a month ... for every month I lived there. My apartment leaked constantly. From the old windows to the air conditioner unit. On top of that, the pool isn't monitored. It's packed on weekends with people who do not live there. Glass bottles, smoking, vaping, overflowing trash cans.Tenants that smoke in the building constantly throw their cigarettes off the balcony. I was constantly collecting cigarette butts from my balcony. No wonder they had a serious fire! And with all the false fire alarms, I can only imagine most people didn't evacuate because they thought it was just another false alarm.Worst of all, there was a never-ending barrage of construction workers coming in and out of the building from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. You will wait up to 10 minutes just to get an elevator because 2 of the 3 elevators aren't working. The parking lot area I was asigned to was dark because of broken lights they wouldn't repair. The parking elevator lobbies were disgusting and rarely cleaned.Simply put: I hated it. My kids hated it. It was TOTALLY worth breaking my lease early and my family is relieved to have moved out. I would not recommend anyone renting a unit here.If you decide to move in to University Club Tower, don't try to get a hold of the building owner. They don't live in Tulsa and they never respond to serious complaints from their tenants.

Feedback:

I loved living here for 5 years, then was completely blindsided with fees upon moving out! Get everything in writing if you deal with these people/this company. Don't take them at their word, no matter how good your business relationship is with them! When I gave notice that we were moving out, the office girl that I talked to didn't write it down. Then when my roommate was getting documents for his new apartment, they told him they didn't have our notice but that they'd put it in and disregard the "30 day notice" part since it was already supposed to be done. Well, they didn't and charged us nearly an entire month's rent in "prorated fees" bc they said I didn't give 30 days notice. I disputed it, got 1 email back, responded, and then never heard another word. Today, both my roommate and I get a call from a DEBT COLLECTOR!

Feedback:

I miss L.A. at little less every time I come home to my new apartment at University Club. I have a great view of downtown. The management staff is very friendly and with all the new renovations and amenities I really feel I'd made a great choice when I moved in.

Feedback:

Worse property manager EVER!!! I live in the adjacent Mansion House apartments that share amenities with University Club and have gone to Jennifer the property manager multiple times with a simple request and have been ignored and treated very poorly and rudely. I can't believe they choose this person to manage this facility that bills itself as luxury living when resident concerns and rights are completely ignored!!! If i could give negative stars I would!!!

Feedback:

The front staff are AMAZING and are always incredibly warm and responsive. Views are great as well.

Feedback:

With the completed renovations, University Club is perfect. It has the best views in Tulsa, wonderful balconies (9x9 foot), new appliances, floors, granite counters, etc. I like the location in mid-town by the river, as well as the large, well equipped fitness center.Management and staff are always friendly and responsive. It seems every week or so they have social events... such as holiday parties, wine tasting, and other gatherings.I think anyone interested in an apartment in mid-town should check out this unique tower!
