Feedback:

As a piano tech I think that Yamaha builds some if the best instruments in the world. My visit here for continued training confirms that fact and reinforces the knowledge that I have an army of experts available to me with just a phone call should i need additional information

Feedback:

One of my all-time favorite brands! This company really goes out of their way to make a superior product. From their Musical instruments to their motorcycles, they are the best you can get. I have an old Classical Guitar, new drum kit and even a 3.0 engine from a Taurus SHO. The quality and sheer toughness of these products is almost beyond the scope of necessary. Good job Guys!

I contacted Joel Tetzlaff at Yamaha about a competition where Yamaha was providing the prizes. He was very helpful.

Feedback:

Been with Yamaha since 1973 a 750 twinn. Since then I have had a variety of bikes and brands. The first one my mother co sign for I was 16.Back in the late 90s i had ordered Harley Road King because you had a waiting list for them. I took my name off the list and bought a brand new 2001 Yamaha Road Star in which I still have. You have always been a company I can stand by. When you quit manufacturing the Venture I was disheartened. I was thinking on buying an Indian road master for my 65th birthday but now I will be getting a Venture. Can't wait to test ride one. Have you ever thought of giving discounts to veterans. Just thought I would send a note how much I have enjoyed going down the road on my Yamaha.

I purchased the yamaha as 1000 intergrated amphifer from amazon in December costs 1300.00 everything was good until a month ago it stopped working. Now it's been in the repair shop for a month. And it's all most impossible to get someone to speak to at yamaha when calling them. It's really bad when you have wait on the phone for 20 minutes or more for someone to answer. I just wish I could get some answers to the issue.

I bought a new TW -200 last year. It is a great beginners bike , nice and safe...I thought. After Winter last year i started up my new bike with less than 300 miles on it. I let it warm up over 5 minutes. I pulled in the clutch put it in first gear and it threw me off with the clutch all the way in. I was thrown for a bad fall my helmet out on my car. I have a TBI. from this. I couldn't walk for 3 months. I called Yamaha INC. and they offered no help. I called several dealers and I was told you need to pull the clutch in 5 or 6 times on these bikes before engaging gears. It says nothing about that in the user guide. I would never purchase anything from Yamaha. After a painful forgetful Winter I bought a new Honda CRF 250 L Much better, Greg Hibbard.

I used to have better understanding about Yamaha but no longer.Bought my Yamaha PSR A2000 keyboard and later I experienced a problem in one of the 2nd and 4th Octave keys,is starts making clicking noise when press it...Took it to one of Yamaha service centers " Mtronik "since the keyboard still under Warranty. Dropped it off and took my receipt and left ,hoping that it took one week to repair or max 2 weeks. This happened in May 2016.......every weekend i call the service center to find out the status of my keyboard, the answer was " we keep call Yamaha corp every day and leave them a voice mail massages but no response " .I talked to Yamaha dealer up at Wisconsin where I bought my keyboard from,he got involved and contacted Yamaha,,Yamaha called back the service center to approve the repair and send them the defected parts.until yesterday July 19th ,no part shipped from Yamaha and my keyboard still sitting their at the service center.i found out that from Yamaha tech support advisor "Thanh Dao ". I decided that no more business with Yamaha.

Feedback:

Greetings, Just talked to Louis at keyboard support for my Tyros 4....Very helpful I must say....Had a question about storage capacity of the internal HD...Realized that I could make extra folders instead of buying extra USB sticks...I've had the T2, T3 and now the T4...I never had this problem before since I didn't have many midi song files like I do today, so I'm still learning...Thanks Louis and thanks Yamaha!
