The WORST Company I have ever had the displeasure of using. Paid in full the very first day of meeting Brendan. The art work sent to me was a joke. My 9 year old granddaughter could have done a better job using Corel. We had to design our own sign and send him the file to use. Then that took almost 2 weeks to get back correctly. I asked how much my husband was getting paid for the artwork he did and they thought it was funny. He did your F’ing job. He should get paid. I literally had to threaten to go in and get my money back before my building sign was even put up. It has now been 6 weeks and I still do not have my road signs up. So after $800 and designing my own signs I’m still waiting. The reason for the one star was so I could post otherwise I would give them NEGATIVE 5 stars

I have used them to install wraps on two of our vehicles. The work was great, they take the time to remove the lights, door handles, decals, etc to make sure the wrap looked seamless. It was a little more money than I would have liked to spend but the detail attention to detail was nice.

I think I cannot allow myself to give them more than one star. Just look at the photos I showed, does not look like my design at all. I went there to print my posters for my senior show. At the first time my posters came out real bad that were not able to put on the show. So I asked them to fix it and I was told to pick up next week Monday when my show started, that means I they did wrong again, I would not have any chance to do it again. And then When I got my posters on Monday, it was not right again. Thankfully, I made myself a Plan B, which was also ordering it from another printing company which cost the similar price. So I finally did ok in the show, but if I trusted them, my show would be all massed up. I’ve been there twice in order to get everything OK but finally I got nothing right. Before I went there, i’ve read a lot of reviews about them who says they did good jobs. But now I kinda question how they did a good job. When I tried to communicate with them, asking why the thing did not look like my design. They just said it came out directly without changing anything, which means it must be something wrong with my design rather than their works. But I sent the same file to the other printing company and they came out with the right work, and I also made a test prints using the printers in our school and it came out right as well.Another thing is time. I asked them how long it would take and they said no longer than 24 hours. I ordered them on Wednesday and Friday morning they said they even hadn’t started it. I admit that the reason why I went there because of the lower price comparing to other place, such as FedEx, but I have to say, what they do not work as a professional company. I mean, taking money but making bad work. No matter how much the buyers pay, all they want is just good works. I don’t think lower prices can be an excuse for doing bad work, and it’s not responsible and no respect for who trust your abilities and give their works to. If you don’t think you are not able to make it work with that price, please just don’t offer that lower price. Being responsible for every deal is showing respect to the people who trust in you. If you don’t think you are able to finish the work in 24 hours please just don’t make it a promise. I will put a comparison with the bad works they made and the works I got from the other place, u can see the difference. I am not try ing to advertising the other printing company for sure, because I even didn’t speak out the name of that company. I just want to write down the real things happened to me and maybe other people won’t experience the same thing. (I only have the second time one, because I didn’t accept the first one)

A plus service and products! We have been using A1 Signs and Graphics for all of our companies' needs: signs, business cards, shirts, they do it all and it's always beautiful quality. And the customer service is amazing, Taylor and Ashley specifically always answer quickly, get the products done in a timely manner and are always so friendly and kind when we come in to get our products. It's a wonderful company to work with! Last but not least, their prices are outstanding!

I’m the owner and operator of SEVA Yoga in Conway and l needed a sign for my studio. I heard that A1 would do a good job, so I reached out. From the first call to the final email after installation, I’ve been nothing but pleased. Pete, Bucky and the rest of the staff were amazing. Not only did they respond timely, were extremely courteous and helpful, but the end result of the sign reface came out absolutely stunning. The turn around time was very quick from proof to installation. The fees are quite reasonable. I will choose A1 for all my future sign needs and highly recommend them. Thank you A1 for my beautiful sign! Also, to the staff, anytime you want to join me on the mat for some yoga - come on over. Make sure you let me know you’re from A1!!!

Disappointed. I thought the person who was the issue quit, and things would get better, they have not. Stickers were wrong color.can you come back?No. It throws my whole week out of whack. Waited over an hour, wrong color again.No time to wait again. Seems everytime it's something small, not a big issue. But its EVERY single time. I am just done trying to let them get it right.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. Service and communication is an absolute atrocity. They came highly recommended to me for doing trailer work, which I know sounds random, but they were highly recommended and made all the promises in the world. Took my trailer in there on a Tuesday and let them know if possible I needed the axle replaced by Friday, to which they agreed. Call them back on Friday because I had not heard anything and they told me they had not had time to get it done. I called them back later that day and told him that I would make it work and they could finish it up on week number two. No phone call on week number two Monday through Friday so I waited until week number three to call them on Tuesday. The chief executive officer as his business card says, Jerry, was not in the office that day and the mechanic was out of the shop. On Wednesday I dropped in 24 hours after my phone call had not been returned to get an update. Their excuse was that it had not been raining so they had no had mechanics in the shop as they were out doing sign work. This was the message that Jerry, who I have been talking to on the phone decided to send his front desk lady back to tell me instead of coming out to tell me himself. Then I repeatedly told her that since it was now week three when the work was supposed to be done on week one I needed a date specifically for it to be finished. The office manager then stepped in with the lady telling me that I could either wait for the work to be completed on their schedule or I could take the trailer home with me. Finally Jerry came out and told me that the work was scheduled To be completed the Thursday following the Wednesday but it currently was since it was supposed to rain. I then got a phone call back on Friday telling me that Jerry had decided they were not going to do the work on the trailer at all. Side note:it did pour that Thursday which should have allowed the work to be done. Three weeks gone and when I can pick the trailer up all the office manager had to say was sorry that’s how business works sometimes. Absolute joke of a business when it comes to knowing how to treat business practice. Thankfully I found another trailer company who could get it done for me the next day in the timeframe they promised.
