Well, where do I begin. I was employed at Agility during one of the summer of the months, I believe around July. I literally just needed this job as a filler while I searched for something better, but was so awful, I quit after a week and a half. The training process was outlined from the date of hire. However, it did not seem to follow the matrix they provided. We started with classroom instruction which was breezed through (granted, the material was not strenuous but none the less how do you expect people to blast through calls and penalize them when they take some extra time when they were told they had to hunt for every answer in the guide?) Secondly, the pay was terrible. I am sorry, but for those who think $9.50 an hour is a decent wage need to further educate yourselves and not give this company the time of day.I do not deal with condescending well and Will the trainer treated everyone in the class like they were inferior to him. Made many promises that weren't honored and asked questions that obviously nobody would the answer to and looked smugly upon you when you looked at him confused, of course we don't the answer, that is why we are in training. I just got an overall sketchy vibe from the guy. Some employees were very nice, the majority though are extremely ghetto and unclean. Makes you uncomfortable when you have to constantly change up your workstation and don't know the hygiene of the person before you. Bottom line, stay away from Agility and any call center for that matter, they are all essentially the same.Advice to Agility, pay the employees more, train them better and don't hire every ghetto carbon based life form with a pulse that walks in the door and you will have better results and not have new people every single week.

Feedback:

Needed to get fingerprints taken for volunteering at a school. Scheduling online was an easy process. There was no wait time and the process was quick. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Feedback:

I used to work here. It's not horrible but they don't pay well and they don't like to promote people. It's a dead end job.

Feedback:

Friendly people

Paid Every Week. Two weeks of training, third week, you are out on the floor shadowing. The Program is supposed to be 2 months of IN CLASSROOM training. Unfortunatedly when you get out of training, you have to keep raising your hand for help and Noone knew what they were doing, even the supervisors. Majority of the customers are Irate. Supervisors are very Insecure, They Feel Threaten By Hard Work-Ethic and assume you want their position and start trying to set you up to get terminated, write ups for any little thing, even will make up things to get rid of you. They are very loud, unprofessional, yelling, constantly barking orders, Embarrassing people out loud, calling people names out loud to "Get Out of Aftercall!!". Systems breakdown everyday. We are pressured to keep calls 6minutes, to not transfer a call, -which is impossible because we were trained for only billing but All other departments were routed to us. Such as Tech Support Calls, Retention(Disconnect Dept), Sales, LNP, were all routed to us, you get suspended or terminated for transfers, issuing credits for valid reasons. Extremely High Turnover rate and They will do anything to keep from paying you that .50cents if you meet schedule adherence. They have very very Sneaky Practices and When your on the phone you can actually hear them listening and They tend to regularly Do Sneaky Test Calls...Such as Pretending to Be an Irate Customer. But I Like to stay on Karma's Good side. I can confidently say, that all those affected by their Sneaky Practices will be given Front Row Seats. She comes like a Thief in the night-when you least expect it.
