Feedback:

Pros: Great location; light rail stop right outside the door, halfway between both downtowns. Great amenities for artists; free rehearsal space, wet and dry studio, roof top deck with grills, work out room, community room with fireplace. The lofts have heated floors, high ceilings and a washer and dryer in each unit. The staff is also wonderful. Cons: More consideration is given to the dogs than the children. (If you don't have children and have a dog this could be a pro). For "affordable housing" the rent is pretty high. The paper recycling plant across the street is running a trash incinerator and lowering the air quality.
