Feedback:
These people produce garbage. And then they have the audacity to not want to offer refunds. You've been warned, stay far far away. Pictures of a "tent" that spent 10 minutes in the rain and splintered. I had to be rescued after this piece of junk fell down right on top of me. There were at lest 10 other vendors in the same location, all with tents, none of which collapsed from a little rain.

I recently ordered a caravan canopy and weight plates from another retailer. When the weight plates arrived, two out of the four were damaged, possibly during shipping. I understand how this can happen, and since the instructions with my order said to call Caravan directly, that is what I did. I made a total of 3 calls, and at no point was I able to speak to a human about the problem. The first time, the operator put me on hold for several minutes before coming back on and telling me that no customer service representatives were available at that time. She took my name and number and told me that I would receive a call back. That was several weeks ago, and I still haven't received a call. Several days later, I called again. This time, I was transferred to a voice mailbox. I hung up and called back immediately. I told the lady that answered that I had just been transferred to voicemail. She asked to place me on hold so that she could find someone available to talk to me. After more than 5 minutes on hold, I hung up. So far, the quality of the products I received seems to be ok, other than the damage the existed when I received it. However, based on the complete lack of customer service, I will certainly not use Caravan products again. If I need another canopy, I will find a company that can actually provide something that resembles good service.

Oh my...where do I even begin. So I purchased a $680 canopy that leaked like a sieve the first light rain. So I wanted to return the unit and I get the full run around refusal. This company professes a "customer satisfaction" policy that is untrue and not satisfaction at all. I would claim they stand behind a customer DISSATISFACTION policy!

I ordered sides for my 8' tent. Caravan makes 8' tents. So why the plain white sides I ordered are considered "custom" I have no idea. I didn't know this at the time I ordered them. I thought I was ordering in plenty of time to get for a farmers market 10 days later. Nope. Got a message that that order was completed. But I hadn't received the product. So, I sent an email to customer service only to get some out of office response. I called after waiting three days.I was forwarded to a woman's voice mail and left a message. Waited all day for a response. None. So I called again and was forwarded to another person. He seemed to care. He was the one who told me about my order being custom. He never did explain why I got an "order" complete message, but said it took longer for custom orders. I said I would get a shipment message. He asked if I needed the sides before the 19th. I said yes. He told me he would talk to his manager and let me know what they could do. Never heard from him. TERRIBLE customer service! Save yourself some grief and buy your market tents elsewhere! There are plenty of other good businesses to order from!

Had the carport canopy for 3 months and side wall pipe split vertically and then lost full structural support and collapsed. Contacted submitted a warranty claim twice and never heard a word from them. Save your money and don't buy their cheap products.

Caravan Canopy is the BEST! I have a 15 year old canopy that was damaged during a windy evening. I have purchased several canopies and replacement tops from this company. I drove down with my damaged canopy (I didn't realize they now have an appointment only policy!) to purchase replacements parts to repair it. Everyone was friendly and helpful, at one point I had 3 people working with me to identify the parts I needed. The staff there is fantastic, from the receptionist to the guys in the warehouse! Thank you for a great experience.
