Feedback:

I am happy with their services. It took a little longer than hoped for my computer screen to get fixed and back to me but I am an apple guy and I know that parts need to be ordered. Very nice people. I would recommend!

Feedback:

I dropped my computer off on Friday March 30 about 10:30 am for its yearly update. They told me the tech would be in soon and it should be no problem to get my computer back on Saturday. I asked how much the update would cost and the guy really didn't know he said he thought $55 but not to quote him. I called later that same day and was told the tech never showed up that day. I called the following day and was again told the tech didn't show up. The following day was Easter so they were closed. Finally got a call on Monday April 2 saying my computer was done. Went to pick it up and was charged $65 that was an increase from last year when they charged $45! Was not impressed with how long it took them to update my computer. When I brought it home I had to restart it for the new anti virus to update so apparantly they didn't even check it out after updating it! Will not be returning and I do not suggest going there. Also the sign on the door says they open at 10:00am but online it says they open at 9:00am. When I questioned the guy he said he had been meaning to change the time on the door but he kind of likes coming in when he wants to and then he can just point to the sign and say look we don't open til 10:00!

Feedback:

Took a computer in that would not turn on. I was offered to add additional RAM and hard drive for approx. $300-$325. Would be "like a new computer". So, I agreed. Total final cost was $485. Then, when I checked the RAM it had not been installed. I was told it was an "unintentional oversight". Also, was a totally different laptop (which was not my understanding) without Word on it (that was on the previous laptop) and a smaller screen size. None of which was communicated. I took it back in and they did add the additional RAM, but I would be very careful, be clear on the total cost up front and double check that they did what they said they would do. There are better, more professional computer repair places out there.

Feedback:

Needed a cable replaced from the processor to the video screen on my laptop... reasonable price quote and was ready for pick-up on day it was promised. Their repair solved my problem. I will most definitely return to Imperial Computer Repair in the future should I require their service. Thanks, and well done!
