Our property was supposed to have water weeks ago, and still doesn't. We have called a couple times and the answer is always that they just are ignoring us. The only good thing I can say is that the nice lady that answers is at least honest.

Went in to discuss an unusually high water bill, the rude employees and cocky general manager said it was "normal" to have your bill double one month out of every year. They provided no proof, had no interest in resolving the situation, and left me with a large water bill to pay for water I didn't use.Update: they also put pad locks when shutting off your water. Pathetic.

Feedback:

First, they don't return your calls. Second, their accounting system is extremely flawed. Third, they aren't on top of getting things done. We notified them a month before we moved that we needed to cancel service. I talked to 3 people about the cancellation to confirm it all went through - one before, one during, and one after our move. They said it was processed just fine and to expect a refund check for a part of our deposit the month after we moved. Here we are a month later, no refund check, and they are still charging us for monthly services (even though services have been shut off and no bill was due). According to the rep, I should have cancelled my auto pay. This was the first person who told me this, and seems pretty ridiculous to me as we didn't owe them for any services. They are now telling us we must wait for checks to be cut next month to get our money back (2 months after our move), and if we want the funds returned sooner we have to pay an expedited check fee. Pretty laughable that we would have to pay a fee to have our money given back for their accounting error with continuing to change us. Get it together, Pace water!

Thought I left a review years ago but it vanished! Being a pace water customer since 2005 I have had my fair share of experience with this company plus we own multiple homes here in pace! I just want to write that I have dealt with some very unprofessional employees and not all of them are rude and unhelpful I have had a couple that were very sweet and helped me. But there's one in particular I think we all know on here have encountered this woman. I would like to understand how this company can have the same reviews with the same experience and continue to do nothing about it. I have had deposits go missing and applied to other bills with out my consent. I have had water meters tampered with by criminals and they have no courtesy to help or even discount the bill. I have had water bills sky rocket with no leaks! Not to mention the rudest customer service! Wish something would change!

Turned off our water with no notification in a house with 12 people in it, one of them special needs and sick. We had no bottled water, no gallons, and the water was off for hours.

Usually a good utility, however, today they shut off the water to my house for routine maintenance with no prior notification. My wife happened to be in the shower when the water stopped. I called customer service to see why we weren't notified and was told they have a right to their property and are under no obligation to notify homeowners prior to shutting off their water. I am a good customer in good standing and this is unacceptable. Customer service was impotent and unhelpful.

Beware: Customer Service has no actual power to help you. The point of a Customer Service department is to be able to help the Customer with all billing needs. It is pretty bad when this simple power is split among people who it is 50/50 if they show up to work that day.

This place in unreal!!!! They have the rudest employees I’ve ever seen! They are never happy and act like it’s a problem to do their job you know what they get paid for!!! They could careless because they know everyone has to use them UNFORTUNATELY!!! They don’t know what customer service is and how they’re suppose to treat people!!! I wish something would be done!! Oh yea let’s not forget about the supervisor she’s no better then the rest of them!! Like she told me she could careless about what the customer has to say (not in those exact words but you know what I mean). They definitely need to get all new employees or train the ones there now with how to handle the public and what customer service is!!!! GOOD LUCK GETTING TREATED WITH RESPECT THEY KNOW NOTHING ABOUT RESPECT!!! Something needs to be done by someone on the board!!!
