These guys have bent over backwards for me, to ensure I get the correct parts for my 54 Bel Air. They have called me multiple times to inform me on the parts, as they are on back order. They treat you like family on the phone and are very professional. I will definitely order more parts for my restoration as I need them. Thanks again to all who have helped me!!!!

I bought their dash and gauge kit for my Traveler and it looks way better than stock. Nice to be able to finally tell how much gas I have too!

Made a phone call and to ask about parts for my scout. The guy I talked to on the phone was straight forward and was very knowledgeable. He had some very hard to find parts I needed and made the effort to go run outside and measure an axle to make sure it it was the right one. I now know who I'll be calling if I get myself in a pickle.

Not happy .. ordered a kit for our tractor . Told complete kit in Stock should have in 5 to 7 days..sounded good ..after 7 days with no parts and was given no tracking info..started calling. After 2 days and 3 calls I'm told one part was missing so their shipping what they have and another company was sending my missing part. Now I'm waiting for 2 boxes with no shipping info on either box. 2 weeks later.. my parts show up and the part that was missing is the wrong one . So to make this story short was told to send the wrong part back at my cost (not my mistake can't even send me a shipping label for it) and I would get credit for it. And their computer says it's the right part so they don't know what I need , so I'm on my own. have to go find it somewhere else. I called another another company talked to a man who said the computer said same as pacific supply. Asked for a picture of my set up, sent him the exact same picture I sent pacific supply. He looked a picture said I see problem we have what you need. It cost me 60.00 and I got tracking info and was delivered in 5 days.. if I would have started with other company would have had it all in 5 days.. but I went with pacific supply took 3 weeks , no shipping info and had to return parts.. their is no way I will order from them again and I will never refer anyone to get parts their.

Steve and his team at Pacific Supply were just great to work with. It's one of those businesses you had no idea existed, but when you find out about them, you wonder why you hadn't gone to them earlier. I had an LED lighting project that I was working on and needed some help getting it all soldered up and running. These guys were great and just incredibly skilled. Thanks again!

I ordered parts for an 81 CJ7. After waiting for a tracking number for a week I finally called to see what the hold up was. Money was debited from my card immediately when I ordered. I was told there was an accounting issue and my order had not been processed yet. While on the phone I asked specifically what exact parts was included in their front hun assembly kit. The response was only the hub and rotor. On their website the picture for the kit included all bearings, nuts, rotor, hub, washers and dust cover. When I questioned Travis, the manager, he was very rude and told me to get over it and if I didn't like it he would just refund me my money. After explaining to him that I needed the parts he hung up on me. I called back and he refused to talk to me. I spoke with another gentleman in the shipping department. He was very sympathetic and said he could see where the website was misleading. He also said he would make sure my money was fully refunded. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND ORDER PARTS FROM SOMEONE ELSE

Ordered an Allis Chalmers carburetor and it was never shipped. Talked to the company twice and they promised a refund, never got it. Had to file a dispute with Capital One to get my money back.

Worked for this company for a little over a year and was privy to the ways they deal with their online customers. This is a company you should steer clear from if your buying online...walk up and see if stock is available....

Should be able to give them 0 stars. They don't even deserve 1 star. Ordered door and windows kits. Parts did not fit. Contacted them and no response. I then needed a fuel sending unit. I ordered online 5/22/16 and when I checked status on 5/24 they indicated it wouldn't be available until July. I asked to have it cancelled. Even though ?I cancelled they charge my credit card on 5/24/16 and as of today 7/2/16 still no credit. They do not respond and charge you for products they haven't even shipped. They are crooks and avoid at all cost.
