Feedback:

I like the doctor my son sees, but the front desk is Horrible. Twice I have not been able to make an appointment while in the office because their system is down. When I try to call and make an appointment, either no one answers and it goes to voice mail, or it just goes straight to voice mail. I leave a message but no one calls me back. One time we came in and the person checking people in was on the phone and indicated that I should sign in and have a seat. I did. In the meantime 4 more people walked in by the time she got off the phone. She took all of them and never called me back up. I had to go stand in line with everybody else for fear that more people would walk in and get helped before we did.

Feedback:

Would be five stars if the office could properly return phone calls. Lack of expedited refill of benzos landed me in the ER because the doc decided I shouldn't have anything until June which is fine but at least give an anxiety alternative in the meanwhile their are many non-abuse potential/non-scheduled meds Dr. Ansari could give in the meanwhile. I'm lucky I didn't have a seizure and was discharged from the ER but I've had panic attacks from hell since I've run out of Valium. Definitely needs to take medication more seriously. I feel like I only see this Dr because he's the only one that understands and I have worked with Ansari for a long time so I like him but just wish he could be more prompt and not leave me hanging in a pit of firey anxiety induced by the medication I ran out of early that he could not refill early. As a CPRS patient I have no time for this non-sense. My back is in worse than labor pain 24/7 and is OPIOID RESISTANT and only even kind of goes away if I take oral Ketamine perscribed by a Pain Management doc(Also infusions soon). So being in anxiety makes my already uncomfortable life nearly unbelievabley unbearable. If I could do it all over I never would have wanted a benzo for my anxiety but that is on me as a patient for insisting so keep that in mind WHEN READING THE REVIEW that I am far from the perfect patient so take what I am saying with a grain of salt but for the most part I'm pleased with the doctor and results minus the recent hiccup.

Feedback:

I like my counselor; however, the office staff leaves much to be desired. They are disorganized, not very pleasant, and treat customers as though they are a number. Every single time I go in, I fill out the sign in sheet, which includes the name of the person I am seeing and whether I have new insurance. I always fill out each section, including writing "No" under new insurance. Yet. They always ask who I am seeing and what is my new insurance. These questions are off-putting and make it seem like they are doing everything robotically. Plus, even though I come on a regular basis, it is as if they don't know me at all. I would expect more hospitality from people in this field.I have not experienced this myself, I have seen and heard many people with scheduling mistakes. The office staff seems to not keep track of canceled or changed appointments very well. This is very upsetting to the clients. I very rarely change my appointments after I have scheduled them.

Feedback:

They almost NEVER answer the phone. You must leave a message and wait for a return call, sometime hours later. Frustrating.

Feedback:

Horrrrrible experience! My daughter went in to see Shelby Brownlee ( therapist ) only to be treated unprofessionally and rudely. Called my daughter a “smart ass”, and was condescending. Clearly, hates her job and doesn’t want to help people. My daughter can home very upset with how she was treated, in fact seeing her only worsened her! So much for therapy!!!!

Feedback:

Bad, Bad, Bad. Where do I start. Psychiatrists prescribe all kinds of drugs, not knowing what they are doing, and using you as a human Gini pig. Front desk is rude, and billing department charges you for services you don't even get. Horrible.

Feedback:

Bad experience in so many ways. No one ever answered the phone and we would sometimes wait up to a week to get a call back after leaving a message. We liked Dr Ansari but it was impossible to get in and always booked out so we couldn't get help for our child when he needed it most. The counselor we saw weirdly didn't even seem to understand the basics of child development. Being over charged when they took our insurance was the last straw for us. Were not the type of people to leave bad reviews for places, and we know everyone is human, but our experience was bad enough that we felt that we had to speak up here for ourselves and the community. We'll be transferring our treatment elsewhere.

Feedback:

Wonderful. My physician cares and listens. After many years and many doctors, this changed my life.

Feedback:

Both of my daughters and I go to see separate therapists, dealing with the death of their mom. Everyone from the office manager, receptionist to all our therapists, I see stacey, and my girls drs and very thoughtful, they listen and are very involved with all of us. They even helped me get custody of my wife's girls. They fought hard for us. They are patient and understanding. And they are very polite. Never had an issue with getting calls returned or rescheduling an appt. I've never had an issue with billing, it comes out in the wash. Most of the time it is the insurance company.I can't imagine going anywhere else.

Feedback:

Was happy with my counselor, Robyn, who helped me significantly with my anxiety in just a couple of sessions.Unfortunately reaching any of the staff on the phone for scheduling is nearly impossible. (I have only ever gotten through once, and was immediately forwarded to an answering machine.)Further, I had a billing issue (they made an error), and reaching the billing staff via the number on the bill was also difficult (got another answering machine saying they'd get back to me within 48 hours).Summary: the therapy was great, but the logistics were lacking.
