Feedback:

I have worked at this company and was let go because clients started dropping RMCB after a data breach was revealed. Overall, this business has suffered due to poor management and second rate security of client information. Better measures could have been taken to avoid this. This business should be closed in a couple more months.

Feedback:

They have a data leak and gives me a letter with an activation code for free credit monitoring, and when I try to use the code, the agent tells me it's already been used. Incompetence at its finest.

Feedback:

These people keep sending me letters saying that my data was compromised in their data breach when I have never used this company or had anything to do with them period this is all just a scam to get your information

Feedback:

So these aholes had a data breach august 2018-march 2019. Yes, that many months before the idiots noticed. Now, they want anyone who had to deal with them to watch their credit. Until the government starts fining companies for second rate security of customer data, this won't stop. Also, they should be made to pay for everyone's credit monitoring, pronto. They appear to be total aholes from the reviews. Karma has come their way. It always does.I hope they go under from a class action lawsuit.

Feedback:

This is a Debt Collection Agency. All the idiots complaining about fees and threats are either malicious, ignorant, or just salty because they refuse to take responsibility for their debt. First off, Ive been to their office and know several people who work here, and I know first hand there's no way that anyone threatened to kill anyone over unpaid medical bills. If that was true, you'd have a huge lawsuit on your hands and the employee would be fired and probably arrested (not to mention it'd be all over the news, everyone hates debt collectors). To the other idiots complaining about fees for EZPass, those aren't set by the collection agency, they are set by EZPass, so go complain to them about it. Or better yet...PAY YOUR BILLS ON TIME AND YOU WONT HAVE TO DEAL WITH DEBT COLLECTORS! It's not rocket science folks. Of all the debt collection agencies I have had experience with, this one is by far the most pleasant and respectful. Their employees are patient, kind, and understanding, frequently going out of their way to help customers eliminate their debt. The call center agents are often abused verbally by customers they call, while they are just doing their job, and you wouldn't believe the threats and insults they get from customers who are mad about having to pay their bills. It's not the employees' fault that you are in collections, and they can't just wave a magic wand and make your debt go away. There are easy ways to dispute a debt if you believe it is unjustified, and if you think this company is doing something wrong then I highly suggest you contact a lawyer instead of posting misguided complaints on Google Maps. Also, to the person claiming they call all day and night, well there is a little something called the FDCPA, and it states that debt collectors cannot call before 8am or after 9pm. They can't call you repeatedly, they can't call your work, they can't call your cell, and if you ask them to stop (in writing), they will stop. If any debt collector violates the FDCPA, then you should be jumping for joy because you could then sue them and get paid. Seems to me like most people commenting here just want to complain and not pay their bills.

Feedback:

A Retrival Masters employee, a debt analyst, owes almost $20K to varioius companies and landlords, including $2,276 to Consolidated Edison. She leaves a path of debt wherever she lives and Retrieval Masters knows about this. Shameful.

Feedback:

I already Paid and cleared my Ez pass Balance. But RMCB doesn’t communicate with the agencies to clear their records!!!That’s SHAMEFUL ...I understand you need to pay your employees, but not THROUGH FRAUD…

Feedback:

Total SCAM! I also received a letter for an E-ZPass charge for a day in November 2018. It was in NJ and I live in FL. Crazy the operations people will create to get money illegally.

Feedback:

My wife had a baby back in july of last yeae, and unbeknownst to us, had labs drawn without our consent and sent out. Apparently this was not cover by medicaid, which she had to be on at the time, and to our surprise, we recieved a letter in february saying our account was in collections. We promptly paid it but then found out they just placed a negative remark on my wifes credit today, even though it was already paid. Checked on it and found that not only was the remark wrongly placed, it was placed for over 1,000 more than the debt amount. Called the company to dispute and they told me the best they could do was wait 60-90 days till it updated on her credit report. This is a lie. They can take it off in 5 mins... then when i asked to speak with a supervisor they repeatedly put me on hold for up to 15 min before answering and hanging up. Challenged the report with the credit agencies and will be filing a fraud investigation. Im sorry for anyone that has to deal with this company.
