Client Review on Southern California Telephone Company

SoCal came out once to install our antenna and we have not seen hide nor hair of them since. We are less than a mile away from them and we've had several outages in the last month which has affected business productivity. Called support 10+ times, there is always a promise that a technician will come out, and they never do. Ultimately they are failing to keep up their SLA. Step up your support and service, it is terrible!!!Edit: SoCal has reimbursed us for down time and migrated us to a stable circuit since my initial review. Thank you for stepping up and making this right.
