Client Review on Southern California Telephone Company

Horrible company, I have an elderly Mother and she has been without a phone for a week they tell me the service tec's are not experienced enough to repair the problem so they have to put in another service ticket and we wait again for another service tec to show up. Same problem happened a couple of weeks ago and she was without a phone for a week again. It takes three or four tec's to come out several times to try and fix the problem. Every time I call they tell me the problem will be fixed that day and it never is. I will give one star for the customer team because they have been nice. This should not be happening to customers, especially an elderly person!!!!!!!
