Purchased a meet and greet Eli Manning package at a charitable auction. Made purchase for a great cause. Event nothing like advertised. No meet and greet and was not even allowed to ask a question, nobody was. Brandon Steiner interviewed Eli Manning for 30 minutes in a hotel type conference room on a Tuesday in New Rochelle. We got one picture with Eli while cleaning crew was clearing out room. On top of everything Steiner sports have refused to answer me how much of my donation went to charity. My contribution receipt say Steiner Sports Inc. Not a exactly and charitable company. Please be aware when dealing with Steiner Sports. Be sure to ask in charitable auctions how item was donated and how much will be donated to charity.

The best of the best!

One of the best and not trying to give you fake hope is going to give you most realistic price and if 80 % of you have sentimental price and nice story behind the any sports memorabilia you should keep that peace for eternity and tell the story for the rest of your life, working with them for 5 months with my collection they treat me with the most respect and trust I try goldin and heritage they told me my collection was worth noting but not them so make sure how you make comments be fair not having personal vendetta.

Feedback:

I made a great purchase.... so I thought until it arrived. Damaged in shipping on an item that was over $1000 after the discount. The box is large so I would have to bring it directly to UPS and then wait for a repair and hope they didn’t break it the second time. The first rep I spoke was nice, but was not an employee after the initial pictures of the damages were sent. I worked out a deal(or so I thought) with Joe Jankowski, another sales rep. He was discounting two items to make up for the damaged purchase. It’s been 14 days and no signed baseballs that I was inventing another $700 to get. I sent him an email. He replied with a email trying to sell me display cases. I emailed immediately and directly asked him about my order......no reply. I just recently took up the hobby again after years of not having disposable income to invest. and they have turned me off completely. The new process in sales and service couldn’t hold a candle to the old crew!! So said that you can’t be informer and treated fairly. I will remove this when I feel the transaction has been satisfied. Thank you for reading my rant and hope this helps others looking to invest.

Feedback:

Rubbish customer service, ordered for collection at MSG on game night only to find they had bought one and they were auctioning it instead! I was allowed to bid but the bids were already well over the advertised price.

Feedback:

I was not happy with the customer service I received over the phone. I saw something I was interested in on Instagram. It said call in which I did.The person who picked up was very rude and not only that when I asked for a receipt after I made a payment, they acted like I asked the most craziest question ever. Nonetheless no receipt was given to me. What kind of business is this?

Feedback:

Bought several high end pieces from one of their recent online auctions, had issues with two of the items. One of the items, this Willie Mays sculpture, arrived with several scratches on the marble base. The picture in the auction listing (the one pictured with the full item) does not disclose the scratches. You can see a pattern on the left front that appears to be lines, but without seeing it in person or having it disclosed in the auction like it should have been, how is the buyer to know that it's scratched? There is also a couple more scratches on the side as well as in front of the hand on the top of the base. They tried to file a claim with UPS to say it was damaged in transit in order to get them to pay for their mistake.... The other item is a Mickey Charles Mantle signed ball which was advertised as a PSA 8 signed ball. However the serial number on the PSA baseball holder was for a Mantle signed photo. I communicated for a couple weeks regarding these issues with a representative named Johan. At first, Johan was responsive and asked me to get an estimate on the Mays and he would run it by his supervisor. He also said he would contact PSA on the Mantle ball. I haven't heard back now in several weeks. I've sent multiple unanswered messages. This was my first auction with Steiner and as a major buyer of memorabilia, Steiner Sports Auctions really dropped the ball with me. These are two very fixable issues for someone who could potentially spend tens of thousands of dollars in future auctions. If you don't believe me on that, ask Pristine Auction, Iconic Auctions, Heritage Auctions, Goldin Auctions, SCP Auctions, Mears Auctions, etc. about my purchases...
