My previous review was based on a huge misunderstanding. In retrospect this company does a good job overall.

Worst service! Rude customer service. I call because my recycle container doesn't ever get picked up and I call, trying to be nice, and they make it out like its my "misunderstanding". Not when it has only been picked up once since March! One star rating is still too much!

Done called 5 times because the driver keeps throwing the trash can down to bust the wheel off of it.Need again another trash can. Tomorrow trash day and no trash can delivered to put the trash in.Called last Friday.....This is so sad that they want do something about this or bring a container out, so I can put my trash in.....

If I could give them zero stars, I would! I’ve called customer service 3 times explaining that my trash was never picked up. They keep saying that the driver came by and my trash wasn’t out there which is clearly a lie! My husband puts the trash out every Tuesday on his way out for work and he has to be at work at 7 am. I was at home yesterday and I never seen them come! When I called them yesterday they said they would send someone out but call back to see if they came. No one showed, so I called back yesterday at 4:45 he assured me they would be back in 1 hour. No one showed. Of course he would tell me anything because he was about to get off at 5pm. When I called back this morning and asked to speak to a manager she claimed there wasn’t a manager there at the moment. I’d rather get a bin and just burn my trash because this is ridiculous! I don’t understand how the driver is lying and they believe the driver when I’m the customer! What reason do I have to lie about my trash being outside? All I want is for my trash to be picked up, It’s what I paid for.

Would give them zero stars but not possible. They routinely miss our home (while everyone else around us has their trash/recycling picked up). Contacting them is a lost cause..Customer service is beyond inadequate. They just stick to the script of prewritten responses. Being as how they’re the only waste service in the area, we’re all held hostage with this poor service.UPDATE: service still horrible. Why do we bother paying our bill when we’re not getting adequate/weekly service?! ONCE AGAIN, you skip our house. No pick up. This is inexcusable!

I have been a customer for many years and never once missed or been late making our payment to this company. In other words I hold up my end of our business agreement. Waste Management on the other hand has some serious customer service issues even after they've failed to hold up their end of the contract. Last Sunday our recycle container was knocked over by the trash truck , and the driver failed to empty it's contents. So my husband began the calling to customer service which we were sure would be a waste of time. The first person he spoke to was named George and George put in a work order for the truck to come back out. We were told if not by the end of the day then definately by 6pm the next day. So we waited and watched. By 2 pm the second day we wanted to give waste management every opportunity to make good on their promise so my husband called in again to let them know it still wasn't picked up, this time Robin assured him I see the work order ,and I've contacted the driver again and told my husband it would be picked up . Of course ... .. It wasn't.......so today my husband called and spoke to someone named Tara/supposedly a supervisor who exemplified all that is wrong with customer service. She was rude, unhelpful, and disgusting in her speech to my husband. He calmly explained all that had transpired. She exclaimed over and over how their policy is to never adjust a bill over a missed trash collection! She couldn't give my husband a reason as to why we were lied to, nor could she explain why the drivers never came. My husband asked for someone above her, she refused to transfer him. It is a shame that Waste Managements customer service is like this. At this point it's not about the trash/recycle that's still at the end of my driveway, nor is it about the small amount of money we are due back, ITS THE PRINCIPLE of this matter .If this company doesn't resolve this issue we will cancel and move our business elsewhere.

They are awful! Customer service is rude and hateful! They continually miss my recycle trash 4x now ! this time they claim it wasn’t out ! I know it was and they take the drivers word over mine yet 3 other times was thier fault! They will not pick up unless it was drivers fault ! Really well we are going viral and letting people know . We have contacted fox 8 news. Doesn’t even deserve 1 star!
