Poor customer service. Used them once. Will never use again and would advise others to do the same. I should have known by their rating how poor they were, but I decided to give them a chance and am left disappointed.

I am writing this review to hope the company understands the effect of a bad reputation and potential new customers. Here is a tip. If a lot of different customers complain about the same things constantly, it is not them the problem is with, but YOU. I was tasked with getting business cards printed for my organization.I came across GotPrint. I brought this up at a board meeting. It was shot down so fast. A number of people had used them before. The common complaint was you do not get what you expect, the print is messed up. So I read all the the reviews and the responses given by Gotprint.A lot were the print did not look right, or was skewed ( printer too far to one side) looking bad. Not printing right seemed to occur even if the same data file was used on a repeat order. The response was always the same, it is the customers fault.You always have to select "Manual 24hr PDF Proof" for $4 other wise no one will even use common sense when printing. There are a lot of complaints of the incorrect order being shipped.If you order using overnight of faster shipping, and they fail to do so, or ship the wrong item. Do not expect a refund even if you no longer need it due to missing deadline. At the most expect them to refund you SHIPPING COST for not shipping the order. You are still expected to pay for something you did not receive. ?????There were a number of complaints on colors not matching. Gotprint says colors can be as much as 20 % off. Does that mean blue can show up as green because they are close in color?Any errors are customers fault.Any issues are SLOWLY or NOT resolved.The only real way to get a refund for money spent on unshipped or defective product is to dispute the credit card transaction. i was surprised a customer was blamed for business cards being printed tilted. It would be an amazing feat to intentionally tilt the contents of a pdf file. Just reading the reviews and the responses make me understand why others will not use this company. I wonder how many of the positive reviews are from the company or employees / friends of the company. Of course, if they do this and they get sued for something and are caught posting fake reviews, could enact triple damages, plus Google may block showing in searches because of manipulating their system. FYIApparently no steps are made to check QC, shipping errors.There also is no method to just repeat a prior order without uploading files that magically get "messed up"As for this review, Apparently they pretended to read the review when they responded. This inattentiveness is probably why there are lots of complaints. I did like they mentions they take care of any problem caused by them. According to the multiple reviews here and their responses , that is not remotely trueGoogle gotprint BBBchoose the one reviews and complaintsthey had 24 customer reviews ( 92 % bad)31 customer complaints. they still got a A+ rating? What does BBB charge to get an A+ rating with lots of unresolved complaints?when I read the costumer complaints, similar as to some here.And I could not find any where company accepted responsibility.One person complained it took a month for him to get the order. gotprint told him it was his fault since he only paid for standard shipping. Say what?

Is there a minus rating available? I placed an order for 4 yard signs, with overnight shipping. Package arrived yesterday...not my signs. I called Got Print immediately and was told they couldn't handle it over the phone I'd have to send an email. I did , including pictures. Continued to email all day yesterday and was asked the same questions over and over. 'Are you missing a portion of your order? ' NO I AM MISSING ALL OF IT, I GOT SOMEONE ELSE'S ORDER. 'Sorry for the inconvenience, can you send us pictures of the portion of your order that you received?' And it went on and on. At then end of the day, I have no resolution, no communication ( I asked to have someone call me) and no signs.

I ordered business cards from this company twice. The first time they were okay but when I place my second order (2000 cards), they came back Printed off centered. When I attempted to work with the quality control, they more or less said it wasn’t their problem ( blamed it on me -although it was the same file they printed from the first time) warning: price is low, but you get what you pay for plus attitude from quality control.

The best print shop in LA area. Very quick turn around, great quality, very competitive prices. They have a huge facility in Burbank. Will be my go to place from now on ! AND super easy online design tools to upload your designs or design with their templates /tools !

As a graphic designer of 20 years, I can say that gotprint was the worst printshop I've used in my entire career. Requires a ton of hassle and hand holding. They are completely unqualified to be called a printshop. They kept sending me pdf proofs with poor quality print and the colors were extremely off. I finally just made the proof for them and sent it over because they obviously don't know how to convert files to pdf without compressing them into garbage. I also had to rush order because they wasted 5 days trying to figure out the simplest tasks.I ordered 2 double sided banners and after 10 emails and a dozen phone calls to help explain something as simple as "print the same image on both sides", they still sent banners with 2 different images. Customer service and quality control at gotprint are a complete joke. Buyer beware!

Pathetic, take a look at the photos enclosed, photo to right is what I sent, photo on left is what I got. business cards, green card on left is my original, sent me card on right I got beige - tan, not even green, you should see the other side, I am beside myself, I have some XXXX words for them

I've used Got Print dozens of times in the past with no problems. I set up a client of ours, putting my word and reputation on the line vouching for these guys. I uploaded the files for the post card as normal. Everything looked fine and I approved to print. After the cards were done we shipped directly to a mailing service. Well come to find out the front side of 5000 cards was unreadable. When I approached Got Print they took weeks to investigate it running me thru the ringer again asking to take pictures of five different cards and mail to them. Then I never heard back so I called to find out they are blaming the file we sent in. My question is this - It looked fine when I uploaded it. They should of seen it printing or at the very least after it was finished. Even worse the mailing service didn't catch it either. Got Print offered a $35 credit towards a future order. This all after my client spent thousands of dollars on the entire process.I've been doing business with Got Print for over ten years and I'm amazed they would lose me as a customer over a couple hundred dollar refund. Not to mention all the people I've told about Got Print.
