While on hold with customer service to ask about local pickup I found my answer in the reviews. With the amount of negative reviews consist with the same complaint issue, I hung up. Not going to do business with poor customer service. I want to support my local businesses but not in this case.

I have been using GotPrint for about 4-5 years now for my firm and clients. Their quality is nothing short of great and possibly provide the best product we have ever come across, however, their service is very disappointing. Starting with how they charge shipping for each item, opposed to a total order is a bit overboard, especially when its being delivered to the same location. We order in bulk, and can have 5 or 6 different items going to the same address and be charges 5 or 6 different shipping fees within that same order.We simply went with it as the product is just that good, however, we were guaranteed a specific delivery date for Next Day Air AM by their customer service rep. and confirmed the delivery date with UPS, yet our client received the delivery 2 days later. Normally, we would let this slide, however, our client needed that date for an event and were unable to have the marketing materials needed. GotPrints Quailty Control team proceeded to flat out lie saying that never happened after checking their recorded tapes and did not want to refund the next day shipping fee. Principle comes into play when GotPrint isn't able to uphold and fix a simple issue to make it right for a customer of 4-5 years. Very disappointed in the way their Quality Control Team handled this issue and other issues prior that our firm let slide. Very unfortunate. Again, great product, but they don't seem to value loyal customer base.

Everyone's experience is different. Mine was beyond outrageous. I paced a rush order with the next day shipping on Tuesday and made follow-up calls every single day after that, each time waiting for a representative 30-40 minutes. On Wednesday I was told everything was on time, no worries. On Thursday - everything on time, shipping out today. On Friday - sorry it hasn't shipped and next day shipping doesn't include Saturday delivery so you'll get it Monday. After getting a supervisor Saturday delivery was approved, so no problem you'll get it before noon on Saturday. On Saturday, when it wasn't delivered - sorry it hasn't shipped and no one can enter the shipping room on a weekend. On Monday at 3 pm - no it hasn't shipped but will be going out today. At this point I'm screaming. I'm already at the conference I needed the business cards for along with my colleagues, and none of us have business cards. Another supervisor got involved and the cards, in fact, were finally shipped. They were delivered at 5:20 on Tuesday evening. The quality of the cards wasn't what I had hoped for either. They were pale as if the printer was running out of ink. So, $77 for the cards, potentially thousands of dollars of lost opportunity, hours on the phone, and the end product that has to be re-printed.

We have spent $3643.40 with Got Print since January. After multiple failed attempts to JUST get some business cards from them, they shipped us the wrong cards, then asked us to ship the cards to the right people. They had UPS label the wrong cards and they came back to us. We are now 2 weeks behind on a project. They have offered Nothing but a mere reprint and standard shipping. When I called today and asked to speak to a manager, Brenda told me there isn't one. So, how to move forward? I have staff waiting on work, 2 weeks, no product, no manager and no resolution. Utterly disappointed.Note: This is not our first time with issues, but the first time that Got Print just doesn't care.

I have been using GotPrint for several years. Their quality has become terrible and their Customer support does noting to fix it. Even though they have agreed to the signs they printed or terrible quality. My advice is DO NOT USE THEM. They do not stand behind their work and you will loose you money.

We started using Gotprint for printing services because the price and quality are good. We currently spend around $40k/yr on printing, we wish they had more custom printing features/services. The packaging and shipping needs more improvement. The packaging - the first few business card orders they shipped them in the standard business card boxes and then in a larger box, later orders the business cards are shipped only in large boxes that fit the order size. When we received in large boxes a bunch of cards are damage, but thats not a issue. We cant store these boxes at our sales desk because of the size. Our sales staff cant take an individual box and keep it in there car. See pictures of the box sizes, they are 12x7x8, 11x5x14 vs the 9x2.5x4 boxes Shipping - They charge shipping on each item and don't have bulk shipping. Our office is 15min away from their printing facility, and they don't allow pick up. Also don't pay for the rush production, it doesn't go any faster.
