We analyze the interface decisions and the tools provided to the end user enabling them to take advantage of the features and information offered through the use of the survey software.

Customization

The ability to customize surveys is one of the core components of survey software giving marketers the ability to craft surveys offering them useful information. We analyze the different options for customization including customizing the branding, the types of fields that are available, and the types of questions they are asking as well as how that information is being gathered and reported.

Analytics

Information and analytics are one of the most important aspects of survey software. During our evaluation we spend time understanding how the software presents information to the end user for their surveys. The way information is being presented and the ability to customize filtering options and how information is exported is important as different users will have different preferences.

Implementation Time
