During our evaluation of market research companies our research team dives into the amount of effort that is placed in learning about and understand the business needs of the client prior to conducting market research. Does the vendor conduct a needs assessment to create a baseline expectation? How far do they go to ensure that they are providing their client with research that achieves the objective.

Research Strategy

Different research agencies will conduct their research using different methodologies. During our evaluation of market research companies we investigate with their internal processes and strategies are for conduct research about specific markets. Does the methodology change based on the requirements or the type of research being conducted? How was the strategy devised?

Resources

Often times the quality of research being conducted comes down to the quality and accuracy of the resources used during research. Our researchers scrutinize where researchers acquire their information and which channels they value. Do they have guidelines for which resources to choose over others? How do they cite their sources? How do they organize all of their internal resources?

Methodology
